Mariah Carey recently shot footage for her new single “Obsessed” and the footage further fuels speculation that the song is about Eminem.

Carey filmed scenes for the clip at the Plaza Hotel in New York, where she plays a man in two different costumes: One finds her in a bellhop uniform, while the other has her in a giant gray hoodie, a doo-rag and a thick goatee — apart from the beard, she’s dressed exactly like Eminem (and looks very bizarre). Carey tweeted on Tuesday (June 30), “Check out my website to see a photo of the star of my new ‘Obsessed’ video! LYM!!” and In addition to the photo she posted, several other pictures from the shoot have emerged. The video is directed by “Rush Hour” helmer Brett Ratner, who has also worked with Carey on her clips for “Touch My Body” and “Heartbreaker.”

The Usher/Tameka divorce has taken a turn into a true scandal!
Now there are reports that User is questioning whether he’s the father of him and Tameka’s most recent child Naviyd!
PAUSE!
Ok…let’s continue, shall we…

“The first thing Usher said was, ‘How did that happen?’ — because he was gone a lot, and their sex life was very, very limited,” a friend of the star reveals. “He’s determined to get truthful answers.” When Naviyd was born last December, Usher and Tameka, 38, were already separated. The “Confessions” star became concerned that Tameka had been unfaithful to him after friends confessed that the former celebrity stylist had “got with another man” in the early stages of her rough patch with Usher. It is a claim Tameka vehemently denies. In fact, the soon-to-be two-time divorcee insists her younger hubby is the father of her infant son and she’s ready to take the star to the cleaners for even suggesting otherwise. “She says that although they weren’t spending that much time together, they did get together for one night of passion. And that’s when she got pregnant,” the snitch whispers, adding that Tameka is “going to fight for what she thinks she should have.”

There is already a live CD/DVD performance of Michael Jackson’s final rehearsals that has been confirmed.

A source at AEG, promoter of the London concerts, boasted only hours after the King of Pop’s death: “We have a live album in the can,” according to the entertainment Web site TheWrap.com. The video footage also will likely fuel a TV special featuring parts of the three-hour-plus rehearsal, the Sun-Times said, although any program is unlikely to air until after a live tribute to Jackson in September. The live show is reportedly set to include superstars such as Madonna, Diana Ross, Wyclef Jean, Bruce Springsteen, Stevie Wonder and Barbra Streisand. Meanwhile, Jacko’s estate is sitting on a cache of unreleased music, a family insider told The Post. “He’s recorded more than one album” of unreleased material, said the source. “He’s got maybe enough for 10.”

The lovely Miss Janet Jackson came out at the end of last night’s BET Awards and gave a heart-breaking speech thanking fans for their love and support in the difficult time the Jackson family is going through right now.

Dressed in all white and visibly shaken Miss Janet went on to say:

“My entire family wanted to be here tonight, but it was too painful,” she told the crowd — including her father Joe Jackson — which cheered and stood on its feet. She then said her comments would be brief. “To you, Michael is an icon,” Janet said. “To us, Michael is family. He will forever live in all of our hearts. “On behalf of my family and myself, thank you for all of your love, thank you for all of your support. We miss him so much. Thank you so much.”

After the semi-disaster that Joe Jackson had prior to last night’s BET Awards, he and the Reverend Al Sharpton held a press conference today to clear up some issues.
Below are some excerpts:

“Michael was a superstar all over the world,” Joe said. “He was loved in countries all over the United States.” Asked about Michael’s children, over whom Michael’s mother was just granted temporary custody, Joe said, “They’re happy with the kids that they’re around, cause we have kids back there that are small just like they are. They was never around other kids, they’re happy.” Last night, when Joe Jackson used a question about his son from a CNN reporter to plug a Blu-Ray disc he’s selling, for which he was roundly criticized, he was actually indicating the Jackson family’s intentions to persevere: “He wanted to send a signal to the world that the Jackson family’s gonna continue doing what Michael did…give music and love to the world across all boundaries,” explained Sharpton. The Rev also said, “People are planning a museum in Gary,” Indiana, Michael Jackson’s birthplace. Joe Jackson began his portion of the conference by saying, “I wish that Michael could be here to see all this.” He went on to say that Michael will be remembered for his charity work. “Sometimes he would go and cry about it because he felt sorry for the people he was helping,” Joe said. Asked if there will be a private funeral, Joe said, “I’ve never heard of a private funeral.”
