Apparently some Manhattan retailers are accepting Euros figuring that money is money.
With the weak dollar getting slaughtered by the euro, some businesses are happily accepted the currency here in Manhattan. They figure money is money thus accepting it and worrying about the exchange on their own time with their bank.
