Topman has introduced a new label with rock & roll infused in it’s DNA: The Look Presents.
The Look Presents is a men’s fashion line featuring three British design legends and launched by style blog THE LOOK: Adventures in Rock & Pop Fashion. The Look Presents will have three separate collaborative collections exclusively for Topman. The Look Presents will premiere in June with Wonder Workshop, a 70′s label originally worn by rockstars such as Iggy Pop, Sid Vicious, Mick Jagger, Marc Bolan and Led Zeppelin.
Wonder Workshop designers John Dove and Molly White reinvent the range with modern updates while sticking to their original aesthetic. The Wonder Workshop collabo will feature tattoo-inspired prints as well as animalistic references in the form of snarling leopard’s, torso wrapped snakes, hawks and doves.
Nigel Waymouth of Granny Takes a Trip brings his range of darkly psychedelic graphic shirts and tops starting July 28.
Anthony Price brings Priceless to the fore in October. Priceless is a glamorous capsule collection of suits, shirts, coats and ties.
The Look Presents is the product of fashion historian Paul Gorman and boutique owner Max Karie. Gorman says of the collection, “”We are plugging directly into the electricity of rock and pop fashion by working with brilliant original designers….The Look Presents is all about reinvigorating the menswear market with authenticity and integrity.”
