Designer Hussein Chalayan is moving on to shoes.
The Central Saint Martins graduate received funding from luxury firm PPR last year and the buyout allows him greater creative venues to explore. This will be Chalayan’s first shoe range under his label. The designer confirms to Vogue UK that a full collection will be available for fall/winter 2009-10.
Chalayan is also creative director for Puma.
