A new award will be making it’s debut as part of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin Spring/Summer 2009.The the “Mercedes”, the award will honor exceptional personalities on the international fashion scene in three different categories: Platinum, Best Collection and Newcomer. The “Mercedes” awards will be presented as part of the ELLE Fashion Star event segment of MB Fashion Week. The award will be conferred for the first time on July 19, 2008.
