Singer Etta James is PISSED that Beyonce sang her song, “At Last” during the Neighborhood Ball on inauguration night.
James told an audience at a concert last week in Seattle:
“You guys know your President, right? You know the one with the big ears?” she asked the audience. “Yeah, wait a minute…He ain’t my President. He might be yours. He ain’t my president. But I tell you that woman he had singing for him, singing my song, she gonna get her ass whooped,” James told an audience at the Paramount Theatre, sarcastically calling her “The great Beyoncé.”
She continued, “I can’t stand Beyoncé….[She] had no business … singing my song that I been singing forever.”
Ooohhh…The gloves are off.
