Designer Tamae Ishii brings us her Spring Summer 2009 which is a lesson in effortless chic.
The Parsons School of Design graduate and former apprentice of Valentino, gives a spring collection with designs that are a tribute to the 1960’s. The collection includes classic cocktail dresses, cinched-waist full skirts and pedal-pusher/jodhpur pants with a twist.
