It must suck to be you right now.  The former-footBaller pled guilty today to “attempted criminal possesion of a weapon” and will serve two years in the clink!
This is all because of his tomfoolery bringing a gun up in the club and THEN SHOOTING HIMSELF!

DMX Gets 90 Days Jail Time

Troubles continue to dog DMX.
The rapper whose government issued name is Earl Simmons, was recently sentenced to 90 days in the slammer. The sentence comes as the result of a guilty plea to one count each of animal cruelty, marijuana possession, possession of a narcotic and theft.
